Star Light Tai Chi

"Supreme Ultimate Fist"

I teach the sixty posture yang style Tai Chi, which I learned from the grand-master William CC Chen. After a boxing career which included a few amateur and professional fights, I was attracted to the slow purposeful movements of Tai Chi which revealed an internal strength far beyond muscular power. I began my studies with William CC Chen in 1983 and have continued to learn up to the present day. He still teaches workshops throughout the world, is 85 years old and in great health.

The Form

The sixty posture form is where we start. By learning the form you teach your body to slow down and listen to your mind…

Push Hands

Push hands is a discipline of Tai Chi where two people working together gently push and in turn yield as they face each other..

Sparring

As Tai Chi is a martial art, this class will enable students to apply what they have learned through learning the form ..
